Arigato floor palace

The concept behind Grupa’s Arigato lamp collection is to present a stylised everyday object, inspired by the shape of a person bowing. Having become one of the most popular collections to date, Arigato was originally conceived for a major refurbishment project at the prestigious Dubrovnik Palace Hotel, where it helped to add a contemporary touch to the rooms that welcome the most discerning guests.

Functionality, innovation and practicality are the fundamental principles underpinning the design philosophy of Grupa, a studio founded in 2006 by three designers – Filip Despot, Ivana Pavić and Tihana Taraba – in the Croatian capital, Zagreb. Grupa’s range of lighting products stems from the perfect fusion of the pursuit of beauty and functionality with the tradition of craftsmanship.
