We ship to Italy, and on quotation to Europe and the rest of the world. You can check delivery costs for your address before proceeding to payment by entering the postcode (excluding special postcodes detailed below). The system will automatically calculate any costs based on the location and volume of the items chosen.<\/p>\n

If you wish to receive your purchases in Europe or outside the European Union, send us an email with all the details; we will provide you with a dedicated quote in a short time.<\/p>\n

Are you in Milan? You can find us at Via L. Porro Lambertenghi, 18 or if you're in Rome, at Via Nemorense, 37\/C.<\/p>\n

Riva guarantees easy and enjoyable shopping. In the Milan and Rome areas, for our larger items, we guarantee a dedicated service thanks to our in-house delivery team. For all other areas of Italy and abroad, we rely on the best specialist couriers, guaranteeing quality and professionalism.<\/p>\n

Riva ships nationwide and internationally directly from its warehouses.
All shipments are insured and monitored by our Shipping Office, open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next working day; the same procedure applies during periods when shops and offices are closed.<\/p>\n

Returns and Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the event of an error concerning the Product, the Customer undertakes to return the Product or Products concerned to Boiserie Riva S.r.l. within 7 (seven) days of receipt, with the packaging closed, in their original condition and packaging, and with the accompanying documents.<\/p>\n

Once the Product has been received in the correct form and manner, Boiserie Riva S.r.l. will reship the initially ordered Product at its own expense.<\/p>\n

Deliveries to Italy with difficult postcodes<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Deliveries to hard-to-reach postcodes (traffic-restricted zones, Venice and minor islands, etc.) will incur an extra charge. Our customer service team will contact you promptly via email to inform you of any supplement.<\/p>\n

Assembly of articles<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Would you also like the assembly of the purchased products? Contact us by phone or email, and we will be able to inform you of the dedicated methods and costs.<\/p>\n

In-Store Collection<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The withdrawals at our shops of\u00a0<\/span>Via L. Porro Lambertenghi 18 in Milan and Via Nemorense, 37\/C in Rome must be agreed upon with an email request and in any case must not exceed 10 kg.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

How long will I have to wait?<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

For items that are in stock, delivery times refer to the days required for handover to the courier, normally around 7 working days.<\/p>\n

Have you ordered multiple items? Please use the product with the longest delivery time as a reference; alternatively, contact us to see if it's possible to split the shipment.<\/p>\n

2. When will you dispatch my items?<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You can check your order status by logging into your personal account.<\/strong> We will send you an email about the shipping status when:
\u2013 the order has been received and is being prepared
the goods have been handed over to the courier<\/p>\n

3. If the courier can't find me, where does the merchandise go?<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The courier may contact you by phone at your indication, at their discretion. If the courier cannot find you, the goods will remain at the branch closest to your address; our shipping department will contact you to arrange redelivery.<\/p>\n

4. Does the courier deliver to the floor?<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Deliveries are to be considered to street level. We remind you that all shipments are standard and that couriers are not obliged to deliver to upper floors, delivering exclusively to street level, outside the domicile, even in the case of bulky goods. We therefore advise you to always keep track of your order's tracking so as to organise the delivery in the best possible way. Depending on the type of goods, we will be happy to provide you with a dedicated quote also for the floor delivery service.<\/p>\n

Does the courier also deliver on Saturdays or Sundays?<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, generally between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Public holidays excluded.<\/p>\n

6. I've already placed an order, can I change the delivery address?<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If the order has not yet been dispatched, you only need to send an email with the order reference and the new address to: info@riva.it
