Pursuant to Article 67-duodecies of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, the Customer (if they qualify as a \u201cconsumer\u201d as defined in Article 3, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the Products ordered, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the Products themselves.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
