Tutte le Vite del Legno: Milano Design Week 2025
Milan Design Week 2025 was a unique opportunity to celebrate wood in its purest essence: a living material, sustainable and capable of infinite rebirth. We transformed our showroom in Via L. Porro Lambertenghi 18 into a stage of innovation, where design, circularity and young talents dialogued under the sign of sustainability.
Design that Looks to the Future
The 10 April event, organised in collaboration with IED Rome and Legambiente, brought to light projects that redefine the future of furniture. The students reinterpreted wood through eco-design, demonstrating how creativity and environmental responsibility can coexist. The integration of the Digital Product Passport (DPP) into their work added a revolutionary level of transparency, ensuring traceability and material awareness.
Among the many participants, six projects stood out for innovation and green commitment, culminating in the awarding of Vittoria Trizzino with Twine S – Twine T. Her creation enchanted for:
- Essentiality and elegance, without compromising on functionality.
- Selected materials with circularity criteria.
- A design philosophy that perfectly reflects RivaViva’s values.
The works of the finalists, exhibited during the Fuori Salone, offered an international showcase of how wood can play a leading role in regenerative design.
Thanks to those who made this possible
A special thanks to:

- All visitors participated with curiosity and passion, contributing to a dialogue on conscious design.
Wood Doesn’t Stop Living The event is over, but the message remains: wood is an endless resource, if respected and reinvented with intelligence. Keep following us to discover how these projects can inspire new solutions for the spaces we inhabit.
